The rates are per room per night (maximum 2 persons) and are inclusive of full breakfast and all taxes. Prices are net of 5.5% tax (not inclusive of all taxes).
The whole beautiful house is available including all the grounds, fine salons, cuisine d'ete and terraces:

Additions: Resident Manager/Butler (7 hours per day) to look after guests, do shopping, prepare and serve breakfast (and other meals only by direct arrangment with him), driving, social arrangments €750 per week.
Short term rental
Outside the high season the Bastide is available for shorter periods for weddings, seminars and other events by arrangement. Usually there is a minimum requirement of three days rental at €2000 per day for 6 double rooms, plus a fee per head for a dinner or event. Daily rental may be possible in the low season.
Weekly rentals for the whole Bastide
The whole beautiful house is available including all the grounds, fine salons, cuisine d'ete and terraces:

- May June September €17,000
- Rest of year by arrangment

General conditions of sale
Deposit
All reservations are subject to a deposit amounting to 100% of the total cost of the stay. A credit card number in lieu of the deposit is also welcome.
Cancellations
The cost of 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged for a cancellation received less than 31 days prior to the anticipated date of arrival. In the event of a cancellation less than 5 days or non-arrival 100% of the value of the whole stay will be billed.
Interrupted Stay
If for any reason you have to leave unexpectedly before the scheduled date of departure, the total value of the remainder of the reservation will be billed by the hotel.
Time Of Arrival
All reservations are kept open until 6 pm. Please let us know beforehand if you will be arriving after 6 pm.
Departure/Arrival
Kindly vacate the room by 12 noon. If you wish to prolong your stay beyond midday, please contact us to see if this is possible. Rooms are available from 3 pm onwards. However, we will do our very best to ensure that they are ready earlier, if possible.
